Shoes are received damaged or don’t fit?
 

No problem! We offer free returns in credits as long as they are in unworn
condition and we are informed within 7 days of you receiving them.
 

That means 100% of price you paid for returned shoes can be used to
remake them, in a different size or to purchase another! Simply contact us.
 

Shoes damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective.
 

Please note that materials are subject to availability. We will do our best to
remake shoes as per initial order if requested. However, if that is not
possible, we will let you know.
